OMG....what an amazing weekend we had. I have been so busy that this is the first moment I have had to update the blog and they are a week older, yikes!!!
Some would call us crazy but we call it life...we managed to pull off three parties for Macy & Remy's first birthday. 1) actual birthday day, Rosa our nanny hosted a great party at the local park with about 25 of Macy & Remy's friends. They had a pinata, cupcakes, juices and toys. It was a big hit! 2) the Family Party aka Daisy Day. One of the most enjoyable parties we have ever had. It was perfect...lots of family and friends just having a great time. It does not get any better than that...PERFECT!!!! 3) the Pirate Party...the morning was a little rough but Papa D was able to pull off a miracle and set up an amazing party at the beach all by himself. He even went as far as setting up little umbrella oasis's for our guests. Nice touch Papa!!! And besides that he even dressed the part, so cute!
Thank you everyone for sharing this special time with us and thank you all that participated in the "Time Capsule". The girls received so many amazing gifts, truly wonderful! They will love opening this special box when they turn 18 :)
